One thing I am learning as I live this thing called life, is that God is at work all around me. Sometimes the eyes of my heart are too blind to see this work. My eyes are too focused on the future, that I forgot the present and the work He wants to do in me. He wants me to join in the work of bringing all people closer to Him.

If God, the God of all creation, speaks to my heart, what I am doing with the things He is speaking to me? Am I obeying the things He is calling me to do? Or am I just throwing every excuse in the book to prevent myself from obeying my God?

He is not undeniable, not unmistakable, if I am not listening and obeying him in the things He has called upon my heart.

I love writing, but it is easy to run away from using this gift to the fullest. Lately I am finding that I would rather waste my time, than truly obeying God in what truly matters. He is truly God, the God of all creation, yet he wants me. He is calling to write these entries in a book form that will inspire people to come closer to the undeniable and unmistakable God.

Are we living lives to point to the undeniable and unmistakable God? Are we obeying Him in the things that truly matter?

We must listen and obeying to the things God has called upon our hearts if we desire to point the world to Him. Maybe he is calling you to write a book. Maybe is calling you to volunteer with kids at your church. Regardless what he is calling you to do, we need to point people to the undeniable and unmistakable God with our lives.

Use your gifts. Use your talents. Join in the work of pointing the world to Him.
